Eco-Radiators - Troubleshooting

If you are having issues with your radiator please follow the below steps:

1) Ensure the radiator is switched on at the wall. Radiators should never be switched off at the wall as this will mean they are inaccessible to the app.

2) Ensure the radiator is switched on. By placing your hand around the back of the radiator in the bottom right hand side you will feel a switch. The radiator information panel will light up green if it is on.

3) If the above has been assessed and he radiator is still not working, please contact facilities through the helpdesk and we will assist you.
