Eco-Radiators FAQs

1) Why is my radiator cooling down?

All eco-rads are set to reach a set temperature, for example, 21 Degrees. Once this temperature is reached the radiator will begin to cool down until the internal thermostat detects that the room has dropped in temperature and the radiator will then turn on again. This allows for energy saving.

2) Can i switch my radiator off?

All eco-rads should be kept on. If you would like to switch your radiator off please contact Facilities through the Help Desk and we will turn it down for you. Then ensures it stays accessible on the app system.

3) How to change the temperature of my radiator?

Contact Facilities through the Help Desk and include the number of your radiator (found near the display screen). Facilities can change the temperature remotely.
